A custom-crafted waterfall cherry and stone stair encourages convenient movement patterns and is accompanied by a contoured sculptural steel railing that is safe and strong.  The master bedroom suite has a generous soaking tub large enough for two, with an impressive multi-head shower arrangement.  The lower level living area is large and opens to a rare outdoor space in Provincetown: a large patio with a generous lawn and thoughtful landscaping. 

Two parking spaces are a valued aspect of this condo, which is just a quick 5-block walk to downtown Commercial Street.  The condo association is comprised of a small group of great owners who get along, and participate in an efficient group-managed association that has thousands of dollars in reserve in the bank.
